As an ambassador of the Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme, New C5 Aircross stands out as the most comfortable SUV in its segment thanks to two exclusive Citroën innovations: suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions® and Advanced Comfort seats. Its three individual, sliding, incline-adjustable and folding rear seats make C5 Aircross the most modular and spacious SUV in its segment. Its boot capacity, varying from 580 to 720 litres, sets a new standard in the segment. The broad and welcoming seats of New C5 Aircross SUV bring passengers an all-new travelling experience with outstanding comfort. The addition of 15mm-thick foam makes them even softer and more durable. The front seats are filled with high-density foam to avoid poor posture after long periods of driving. They can also be adjusted to multiple positions and offer a multipoint massage system.
With its three individual, sliding, incline-adjustable and folding rear seats of equal width, New C5 Aircross is the most modular SUV in its segment. These seats are incline-adjustable with five positions and can slide forward and back,allowing you tooptimise interior space or boot space, according to your needs. They also fond down to provide a flat floorfor easy charging. New C5 Aircross SUV also boasts many storage compartments, including the central armrest, which covers a large cooled compartment.
PERFORMANCE
New C5 Aircross SUV offers a range of efficient and powerful Euro 6.2 engines, with the 6-speed manual gearbox or the 8-speed automatic gearbox:
2 petrol versions: PureTech 130 S&S 6-sp manual and PureTech 180 S&S 8-sp automatic
3 Diesel versions: BlueHDi 130 6-sp manual, BlueHDi 130 S&S 8-sp automatic and BlueHDi 180 S&S 8-sp automatic.
It boasts the most recent version of the 8-speed automatic gearbox, 8-speed “Efficient Automatic Transmission” with Shift and Park by wire control, offering even more efficiency and comfort:
Its fuel consumption is up to 7% lower compared with the 6-speed automatic thanks to the two additional gears,
The two additional gears optimise gear transitions to provide smoother gear shifting.

At 4.50m long, it stands out for its powerful and dynamic personality, without being aggressive. It brings a breath of fresh air to the SUV segment with its wide and powerful front-end design, high and sculpted bonnet, flowing lines punctuated with strong graphic features such as the Airbump®, large 720mm diameter wheels, 230mm ground clearance, rocker panel and wheel arch protectors, and stylish, two-tone roof bars.
New C5 Aircross SUV boasts a panoramic sunroof. The 360° glazed area around the car shows off a flowing roof design and the “C” chrome-finished signature reflecting its interior space. The back end, wide and tall, suggests a class-leading boot space (from 580 to 720 litres). The rear headlamps are fitted with four LED oblong modules on each side of the vehicle.
The Wild Grey ambiance expresses dynamism and vitality: Stone Grey cloth and black leather-effect seats with an orange strip on the top of the seat backs. The console and dashboard insert are grey.
New SUV Citroën C5 Aircross was designed to provide advanced soundproofing with reduced road noise and wind noise thanks to double-laminated front windows with an insulated layer, bringing its occupants exceptional, cocoon-like soundproofing. Particular attention was paid to the soundproofing of the engine compartment.
For the optimal comfort of passengers, New Citroën C5 Aircross also offers an air purification system in the cabin, AQS for “Air Quality System”, which detects exterior air pollution and filters it by automatically adjusting the mode of circulation in the cabin.
New C5 Aircross SUV comes with a broad range of leading-edge driver assistance systems, with 20 technologies for safety, on-board comfort and simplified driving regardless of exterior conditions.
The Highway Driver Assist represents a first step towards autonomous driving, as it allows the car to handle its own speed, trajectory and lane position functions. It combines adaptive cruise control with the Stop&Go function, enabling the car to stop and restart automatically based on the movement of the car in front of it.
New C5 Aircross SUV provides passengers with intuitive systems at the cutting edge of technology to offer them continuity between their digital universe and their car: the 8” tablet with a capacitive touchscreen, which allows users to adjust their car’s settings, access the multimedia system, telephone, air conditioning, and navigation system, as well as: the Mirror Screen function, Citroën Connect Nav.
